በአዲሱ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ፖሊሲ፣ ስትራቴጂና የሪፎርም አዋጆች፣ መመሪያዎችና ደንቦች ላይ የተዘጋጀ ስልጠና በኮምቦልቻ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ መሰጠት ጀመረ -------------------------------------------------------------------- የኮምቦልቻ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ ከአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ሥራና ስልጠና ቢሮ ጋር በመተባበር "የሚመራበትን ፖሊሲ፣ ሪፎርም፣ ዓላማና ግብ የተገነዘበ አመራርና ባለሙያ በመፍጠር ውጤት እናመጣለን" በሚል መሪ ቃል በተሻሻለው የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ፖሊሲና ስትራቴጂ፣ በሪፎርም ሰነዶች፣ አዋጆች፣ መመሪያዎችና ደንቦች ላይ ስልጠና እየሰጠ ነው። የኮምቦልቻ ሪጆ ፖሊታን ከተማ አስተዳደር የብልፅግና ፓርቲ ጽ/ቤት የፖለቲካ ዘርፍ ኃላፊና የስልጠና መድረኩ የክብር እንግዳ አቶ አብዱ ከበደ በመድረኩ ተገኝተው ለሰልጣኞች የእንኳን ደህና መጣችሁ መልዕት አስተላልፈዋል። የስልጠናው ዓላማ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ፖሊሲና ስትራቴጂ፣ መመሪያዎችና የአሠራር ስርዐቶች ላይ ለዘርፉ ፈፃሚና ባለድርሻ አካላት የተሟላ ግልፀኝነትና መግባባት በመፍጠር የተቋሙን የመፈፀም አቅም ለማሳደግ ታልሞ የተዘጋጀ መሆኑን የአማራ ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስት ሥራና ስልጠና ቢሮ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ዳይሬክቶሬት ተተኪ ዳይሬክተር አቶ ጋሻው ደባሱ ተናግረዋል። በዛሬው የስልጠና መድረክ ላይ "የቴክ/ሙያ ፖሊሲውን ማሻሻል ያስፈለገበት መሰረታዊ ምክንያቶችና የፖሊሲ ማሻሻያ ምክረ ሀሳቦች" በአብክመ ሥራና ስልጠና ቢሮ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ዳይሬክቶሬት ተተኪ ዳይሬክተር በአቶ ጋሻው ደባሱ የቀረበ ሲሆን "የሲቪል ሰርቪስ የለውጥ ስራ አመራር ምነነት" የሚለውን ሰነድ የኮምቦልቻ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ አሰልጣኝ አቶ አብዱሻኪር ሰይድ አቅርበዋል። የቀረቡትን ሰነዶች ተከትሎ የስልጠናው ተሳታፊዎች በቡድን በመደራጀት በተሰጧቸው የመወያያ ጥያቄዎች ላይ ውይይት አካሂደው የእለቱ የስልጠና ውሎ ተጠናቋል። የኮምቦልቻ ሪጆ ፖሊታን ከተማ አስተዳደር ቴክኒክና ሙያ አመሮች፣ የቃሉ ወረዳ የቴክ/ሙያ አመራሮች፣ የግል ኮሌጆች፣ የክላስተር ኮሌጆች ዲኖችና ምክትል ዲኖች፤ የኮሌጁ አሰልጣኝ መምህራንና አስተዳደር ሠራተኞች በስልጠናው ተሳትፈዋል። -------------------------------------------------------------------- Training on the Revised TVET policy and strategy and reforms, decrees, proclamations and regulations has been delivered Kombolcha Polytechnic College, in cooperation with the Amhara National Regional State's Labour and Training Bureau, has started providing training on the updated technical and vocational education and training policy and strategy, reform documents, decrees, guidelines proclamation and regulations under the motto "We will bring results by creating leadership and professionals who understand the policy, reform, purpose and goals of the sector." Mr Abdu Kebede, the head of the Political Department of the Prosperity Party Office of Kombolcha Rijo Politan City Administration and the guest of honor of the training platform, has made the kick of speech and conveyed a a warm welcome to the trainees. The aim of the training is to increase the institution's ability to perform by creating complete transparency and consensus on technical and vocational education and training policy and strategy, guidelines and operating systems for the sector's implementers and stakeholders, according to the Amhara National Regional State Labour and Training Bureau's Education and Training Deputy Director of the Directorate, Mr Gashaw Debasu said. At the training forum, "The Basic Reasons for the Need to Improve the TVET Policy and Recommendations for Policy Reform" has been presented by Mr. Gashaw Debasu, Acting Director of Education and Training Directorate of the ANRS Labour and Training Bureau. Following the documents presented, the participants of the training organized into groups and held a discussions on the questions given to them, and after which the day's training session ended. Technical and Vocational Leaders of Kombolcha Rijo Politan City Administration, Technical and Vocational Leaders of Kalu District, Deans and Vice Deans of Cluster Colleges, Private TVET Colleges representatives, Kombolcha Polytechnic College trainers and administrative staff have participated in the training.
