በቴክኒክና ሙያ ፖሊሲና ስትራቴጂ የለውጥ ሰነዶች ላይ የተጀመረው ስልጠና በጥሩ ሁኔታ ቀጥሎ ውሏል ------------------------------------------------------------------------ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ፖሊሲና ስትራቴጂ፣ የሪፎርም ሰነዶች፣ አዋጆችና መመሪያዎች ላይ በትላንናው እለት በኮምቦልቻ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የስልጠና ማዕከል የተጀመረው ስልጠና በዛሬውም እለት በጥሩ ሁኔታ ሲካሄድ ውሏል። የዛሬው ስልጠና ከመጀመሩ በፊት የአብክመ ሥራና ስልጠና ቢሮ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ዳይሬክቶሬት ተተኪ ዳይሬክተር አቶ ጋሻው ደባሱ ትናንት በነበረው የስልጠና ውሎ የታዩ ጥሩ ጎኖችና ወደፊት መስተካከል በሚገባቸው እጥረቶች (እንከኖች) ላይ አጪር አስተያዬት በመስጠት በቡድን ውይይት ተነስተው ለነበሩ ጥያቄዎች ሰፋ ያለ ማብራሪያና መልስ ሰጥተዋል። ትናንት በአቶ ጋሻው ደባሱ በስፋት ከቀረበው የአዲሱ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ፖሊሲ ሰነድ ከቀድሞው የተለየባቸውን የኮሌጁ ዲን አቶ መላኩ አራጋው የፖሊሲው የለውጥ ማሳያ ያሏቸውን በመጥቀስ ለተሳታፊዎች አስታውሰዋል። የሰልጣኝ ቅበላ 12ኛ ክፍል ያጠናቀቁ መሆኑ፣ የአሰልጠኞች የትምህርት ዝግጅት የ C ደረጃ የሚባለውን ማስቀረቱ፣ በቴክኒክና ሙያ ከብቃት ደረጃ 1 አስከ ብቃት ደረጃ 8 ማሰልጠን መቻሉ፣ ምዘና የሚሰጠው ሰልጣኞች የገቡበትን ደረጃ ሲያጠናቅቁ መሆኑ፣ የጋራ ትምህርቶች መመለስና በሰለጠኑ መምህራን እንዲሰጥ መደረጉ፣ አገር በቀል እውቀት ለስልጠና መነሻ መሆኑ፣ አረንጓዴ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋማት ላይ ማተኮሩ፣ የጥናትና ምርምር ትኩረት ማግኘቱ የሚሉትን ለማሳያነት ጠቅሰዋል። በዛሬው ውሎ በአዳዲስ የለውጥ ሰነዶች ላይ ስልጠናውን ያቀረቡት የኮምቦልቻ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ ምክትል ዲንና የኢንዱስትሪ ኤክስቴንሽን ቡድን መሪ አቶ ኤርምያስ ጌትነት እንደተናገሩት ቴክኒክና ሙያ ተቋም ማንኛውም በዘፈቀደ ተነስቶ የሚከፍተው ተቋም ሳይሆን በርካታ ህጋዊ፣ ሰብአዊና ቁሳዊ የሀብት መስፈርቶችን ማሟላት ይጠይቃል ብለዋል። በቀረቡት ሰነዶች ላይ ውይይት ከመደረጉ ቀደም ብሎ አንድ ለየት ያለ ጥያቄ ቀርቧል። ራቅ ካሉ ወረዳዎች የመጡ ተሳታፊዎች የአበል ይከፈለን ጥያቄ ያነሱ ሲሆን አበል ከየመጣችሁበት የወረዳ ጽህፈት ቤቶች መጠየቅ ትችላላችሁ የሚል ምላሽ ተሰጥተዋል። በመቀጠል በሰነዶቹ ላይ የስልጠናው ተሳታፊዎች በቡድን በመደራጀት በተሰጧቸው የመወያያ ጥያቄዎች ላይ ውይይት አካሂደዋል። ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The training on the new TVET policy, strategy and reform documents continues By Amanuel Endris, KPTC PR Officer (August 16/2022) The training started yesterday at Kombolcha Polytechnic College training center on Technical and Vocational Education and Training Policy and Strategy, Reform documents, Proclamations and Directives has been going well today. Before the start of today's training, Mr. Gashaw Debasu, Deputy Director of Education and Training Directorate of ANRS Labour and Training Bureau, appreciated for the good sides observed during yesterday's training session and strongly recommended the weak sides be corrected. The director also gave detailed explanations and answers to the questions raised in the group discussion. The dean of the college, Mr. Melaku Aragaw, reminded participants of the major paradigm shifts made in the new TVET policy document that was widely presented by Mr. Gashaw Debasu yesterday. Mr Melaku mentioned about ten salient, major shifts, what he called them "paradigm shifts" of the new TVET Policy. Ermias Getnat, Deputy Dean of Kombolcha Polytechnic College and Head of Industrial Extension Team, who presented the training on the new reform documents today, said that technical and vocational institutes are not just any institute that can be opened at random, but they need to meet several legal, human and material resource requirements. Mr Ermias highlighted such documents as Institutional Development Plan, Distinctive Areas of Competence, Zoning TVET Institutions, and Differentiation. Following the documents presented, the participants of the training engaged into groups and held discussions on the questions given to them. But a special request was made nearly before group discussion was ordered. Participants who came from distant districts raised the question of whether allowance should be paid to them, and the response was that they can request allowances from the district offices where they come from.
